CNS/Department customizes software & Order Software / Hardware
After obtaining scheduled delivery time from vendor, department schedules with CNS date for installation of hardware/software
During time period for equipment acquisition (Step 6), CNS creates fields and index classes for back-end document imaging (Content Manager - Appendix A) according to developed specifications outlined in System Design Document
If Web retrieval requested, CNS provides necessary configuration using II4C (Information Integrator for Content) software. CNS provides necessary EAGLE configuration.
CNS creates fields, document type and batch class for front-end document imaging (Kofax Capture – see Appendix A) and test within a test environment based on System Design Document
