Introduction to document imaging

The Document Imaging project is a campus-wide initiative to implement the use of digital images to provide the capability to capture, store, manage, retrieve, and route documentation in an electronic manner replacing microfilming or other traditional methods. The implementation of imaging will reduce the need for storage for the large volume of documents circulating throughout campus.
