During the index process, will there be any need for validating indexes on a form during the first entry by a user?
If “yes” to above, state if you have information stored on databases that
you would like to use to validate index fields on documents (example – a document contains as a key index a UFID number and you currently have a system that validates UFID numbers – this allows for less errors when indexing)
